1. Protect one session

Pick one project before you sit down. Decide the result you want before you start.

Choose one:

• 60 min — ideal
• 30 min — reduced
• 15 min — minimum viable

2. Work on one outcome

Do not use the Focus Hour to reorganize Notion. Use it to produce something you can point to when the session ends.

3. Log it immediately

Open ⏱️ Focus Sessions as soon as you finish and record:

• duration
• project
• task
• output
• quality
• distraction
• next step

A session that is not logged is invisible to the system.
